Higher energy prices are hurting us all Click here.

Dear Friends,

Wow, what a winter! It was one of the coldest we’ve experienced in a long time, and unfortunately, we did see higher propane prices. But the cold wasn’t the only reason.

The combination of a longer-than-normal crop-drying season in the Midwest and increased exports of propane joined with colder temperatures and national supply bottlenecks to create a perfect storm for prices.

To provide a shield against the worst of the price spikes in February, we made short-fill deliveries to tide you over until prices started to drop. We thank you for the patience and understanding you showed during these difficult times.

Our team worked seven days a week during the coldest weather to make sure all of our customers stayed warm. We really appreciated their efforts, and we hope you didn’t feel let down this winter. If you did, please let us know about it so we can make things right.

As we all enjoy the warm weather now, please keep next winter in the back of your mind. Take some time to consider your options; our pricing and payment programs can make managing your fuel bills much easier.

Thank you for your trust in us!

Warmly,

David Parker

P.S. We have enclosed a Propane Gas Supply and Equipment Rental Agreement for your review.
